Our Story
We cook with two ingredients before anything else: oak and time. Every service starts at 2 p.m. when the fire is lit, and nothing hits a plate until the coals say so.
No gas line in the kitchen. No shortcuts on the menu. Just a small room, a big hearth, and food that tastes like it was cooked by people who were paying attention.
