If you don't, you don't pay and we go our separate ways. We do it this way because it's a lot easier than trying to convince you with a sales call.
Yes. One payment for the design, the copy, the build and the launch. The only things you'll pay for after that are your domain (about $12–15 a year) and hosting, both paid directly by you at cost. We don't add a markup and we don't bill you monthly.
Our rate goes to $1,460. $730 is a launch rate — we're early, we're building our portfolio, and we're pricing accordingly while that's true. If you've started a preview before September 5, your price is locked at $730; we're not going to move the number on you halfway through.
Two reasons, and neither is a catch. We build on a system we've refined, so the same quality takes days instead of weeks — that's real efficiency, not corner-cutting. And we're building our portfolio right now, so the price reflects where we are, not where we'll be. It will go up.
Yes, though websites are what we're known for. Clients who stay with us usually end up adding AI agents — missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, booking and reception — because those are the things quietly costing them jobs every week. None of it is required to get a site, and we'll always give you the honest cost, including the parts that carry a real per-use fee.
Less than you'd think. Your business name, what you do, where you serve, how people should reach you, and any photos you have. If you've got an active Instagram, we can usually work straight from that. If you don't have photos, we design around it.
Completely. The domain is registered in your name, the code is handed to you, and nothing switches off if you stop talking to us. If you want another developer to take it over next year, they can — it's clean, standard code, not a proprietary builder.
Small changes during the build are part of the price — we go back and forth until it's right. After launch, you can either update it yourself (we hand over everything) or come back to us and we'll quote the work. There's no forced maintenance plan.
About a week from the point where we have your details and photos. The slowest part is usually waiting on content from your side, so the more you send up front, the faster it goes.
