You pay a one-time build fee for your website. When it's delivered and paid for, you own it outright — the files are yours, no hostage hosting, no monthly strings unless you choose them. If you're not thrilled with your build at delivery, tell us and we'll make it right or refund the build fee as promised in your quote.
Agents, marketing, content, and photoshoot services are month-to-month. Add, pause, or cancel any of them for the next month by telling us before your renewal date — no lock-ins, no cancellation fees. Third-party usage costs (like call minutes or SMS) are passed through at cost when they apply, and your quote will say so up front.
We promise real work, honest reporting, and quick fixes. We don't promise specific rankings, follower counts, or revenue numbers — anyone who does is guessing. Your monthly report shows exactly what happened, good or bad.
Photos, logos, and text you give us stay yours. Photos we shoot for you are yours to keep and use. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
